Tell us what you have in mind, upload a photo or inspiration image, or use both. Marianne will design your topper in our Sydney workshop and email an artwork proof for your approval before any cutting or printing begins.

• Single-Layer Acrylic: A clean, laser-cut acrylic design.
• Double-Layer Acrylic: Layered acrylic for extra colour and dimension.
• UV Printed: Full-colour printed details on acrylic.
• Double-Layer with UV Printing: Layered acrylic combined with printed artwork.

Choose the style and price from the options above. Original design work and the artwork approval process are included in the selected price. If your idea needs something outside the selected style or standard design scope, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional charge.

How to order

1. Choose your cake topper style.
2. Describe your design, upload an inspiration image or photo, or provide both. Include your preferred wording, colours and theme.
3. Provide your event date so we can review the required timeframe.
4. Complete your order and payment.
5. Marianne will prepare your artwork and email a digital proof. We will make any reasonable corrections needed to match your original brief before you approve the design.
6. Once you approve the proof, we will cut or print your topper and arrange delivery.

Important: This is a made-to-order product. Please check all names, dates, spelling, colours and other details in your artwork proof carefully. No cutting or printing begins until your approval is received. Requests for significant redesigns outside the original brief may require a new quote, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Need your topper for a particular date? Please provide the event date with your order. Production and shipping times vary; an event date alone is not a guarantee of delivery by that date. Please wait for confirmation if your order is urgent.

Personalised order cancellations and returns

Because each cake topper is custom designed and made for you, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind once your approved design has entered cutting or printing. If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the available options.

Once you have approved your artwork proof, changes to the approved design cannot be guaranteed after production starts. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If your topper is faulty, materially differs from the approved design or description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law. Please contact us with your order details so we can help.

Inspiration images and artwork

You can send a photograph, sketch or design reference to help explain your idea. Please provide images you own or have permission to use. We may be unable to reproduce protected logos, characters or artwork without appropriate permission.
