  • All items are handmade and personalised, so please allow 5 business days for your order to be created before dispatch.

  • If you require urgent processing, there is an urgent fee available at checkout. Most orders will be available for dispatch or pickup within 24 hours. 

2. Shipping Rates

  • We ship Australia wide using trusted courier and postal services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product type, size, and delivery location.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Australia is usually 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or rural locations may take longer.

  • Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

5. Delays & Responsibility

  • MKelada Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, weather events, or factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the nominated address.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, MKelada Designs ships within Australia only.

  • For special requests outside Australia, please contact us before ordering.
