  • When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • For personalised products, the details you provide (names, dates, colours, etc.) are considered final. Please check carefully before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect spelling).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia wide. Shipping times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your nominated address.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Because our items are custom-made, refunds are not available for change of mind or customer-provided errors.

  • We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in line with our Refund Policy.
